Please read these Terms of Service completely before using akoni.com which is owned and operated by Akoni Premium Rentals. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site and the reservation of our vehicles.
To rent a vehicle from Akoni Premium Rentals, you must be at least 25 years of age (exceptions may apply for Black Card Members), possess a valid driver's license, and provide proof of full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rented luxury and exotic vehicles.
A security deposit is required for all reservations. The amount varies based on the vehicle class. All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the vehicle. We accept all major credit cards. Wire transfers are accepted for long-term rentals and Black Card Members.
Our vehicles are provided for personal use only. Track use, racing, off-roading, and driving outside the permitted geographical boundaries are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the security deposit.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damages, tickets, or tolls incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter.
